An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
\nThe Role
\nYou will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, with a strong focus on Wills, Probate, and estate administration. The role offers a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\n\nManaging a full caseload of Wills, Probate, and estate administration matters.
\nProviding expert legal advice to clients both in person and over the phone.
\nEnsuring files are progressed efficiently in line with compliance and internal procedures.
\nHandling billing processes, including timely invoicing and recovery of disbursements.
\nMaintaining excellent client care and professional standards.
\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.
\nSupporting business development and contributing to the growth of the department.
\n\nAbout You
\n\nQualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work.
\nProven experience handling Wills and Probate matters independently.
\nStrong communication and client relationship skills.
\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\nConfident IT user with experience of case management systems.
\nCommercially aware and proactive approach.
\n\nSalary & Benefits
\n\nSalary circa £34,000+ (dependent on experience).
\n23 days holiday + UK bank holidays.
