What will you do?

• Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
\n
• Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
\n
• Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
\n
• Those with any managerial experience able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary (Potential progression to team manager)
\n

What will you need?

\n
• Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
\n
• You will either be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR
\n
• Be an unqualified Fee Earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
\n
• This role can be offered at a senior level
\n
