You'll work alongside experienced lawyers advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.The RoleYou will work as part of an established Corporate team advising clients across a variety of sectors and on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:\n

• Private equity transactions.
\n
• Joint ventures and strategic investments.
\n
• Corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
\n
• Business sales and acquisitions.
\n
• General corporate advisory matters.
\n
• Working alongside senior colleagues on more complex and high-value transactions.
\n

You'll have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and technical expertise while working closely with experienced lawyers who are committed to supporting your career progression.The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors who can demonstrate:\n

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Corporate Law.
\n
• Experience gained within a recognised national or regional law firm.
\n
• Exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and sound technical ability.
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
\n
• A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
\n
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
