AJ Chambers is working with a leading Top 100 law firm seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its growing Real Estate Finance team.

You’ll work on a high-quality caseload of acquisition, development, investment and refinancing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have:
\n
\n - 5+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance.
\n - Strong real estate finance experience.
\n - Experience drafting and negotiating facility, security and intercreditor documentation.
\n - Excellent commercial and client-facing skills.
\n - A proactive approach and interest in business development.
\n
