The role can be shaped around your experience, strengths and career aspirations, with a varied portfolio covering company and charity audits, accounts, corporation tax and personal tax. The Role You will manage your own portfolio of clients, lead audit and accounts assignments and oversee a team of staff. Working alongside other managers, you will manage workflow and report directly to the partners. Key responsibilities include:\n

- Planning and delivering audit and accounts assignments \n
- Leading larger and more complex assignments \n
- Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations \n
- Supervising, coaching and developing junior team members \n
- Managing client relationships and communication \n
- Ensuring assignments are delivered on time and within budget \n
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and management letter points \n
- Mentoring trainees and contributing to their development \n
- Building specialist sector knowledge and keeping up to date with technical developments \n

- Strong practical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards \n
- Experience preparing and reviewing accounts \n
- Practical knowledge of group accounts \n
- The ability to manage clients and lead a team effectively \n
- Experience across corporate and/or not-for-profit clients is advantageous \n
- IFRS knowledge would be useful but is not essential \n

- £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience and qualifications \n
