I am delighted to be working with a leading UK insurance law and claims solutions business to recruit a Personal Injury RTA Paralegal to join its growing team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with RTA experience and a genuine interest in motorcycles and bike culture to develop their expertise within a well-established, people-focused organisation. The business works with major insurers and supports clients nationwide, offering a structured environment with excellent opportunities for career progression.
\nYou will support the management of a caseload of Fast Track and MOJ Road Traffic Accident claims, with a particular focus on matters involving motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and e-scooters.
\nThe successful candidate will have experience handling RTA claims, ideally involving Fast Track or MOJ matters, together with a strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and relevant personal injury processes.
