Electronics Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity has become available in the Development Team, for a motivated and dynamic Electronics Design Engineer.

This is a highly varied, hands-on electronics design role covering product development, ownership of electronics from concept through to production, which will include schematic designs, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, and testing.

ROLE:

\n
• Developing electronic circuits from concept through to production.
\n
• Conducting schematics and creating well-structured circuit designs.
\n
• Running circuit simulations to gauge performance.
\n
• Selecting components and evaluating of modern technologies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with the engineer teams in software, mechanical, and systems.
\n
• Supporting the PCB layout activities.
\n
• Planning and executing design verification testing.
\n
• Assist with fault-finding.
\n
• Liaise with suppliers, external partners, and product teams.
\n

REQUIREMENTS:

\n
• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
\n
• 3-5 years’ experience in electronic product development
\n
• Exposure to Mechanical Design (advantageous)
\n
• Creative flair combined with practical problem-solving skills
\n
• Strong understanding of circuit design and electronics design
\n
• Experience of using CAD software
\n
• Fluent in English, with a proficient level of customer service experience
\n
• Hands on with a confident approach
\n
