Multidisciplinary Consultancy

A Geotechnical Engineer is required to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in the North-East. You will be involved in delivering site investigations projects, geotechnical assessments, slope stability analyses and engineering geology projects.

Geotechnical Engineer - RESPONSIBILITIES

\n
• Planning and delivering ground investigation projects
\n
• Preparing factual and interpretative ground investigation reports
\n
• Carrying out field investigations
\n
• Logging soil and rock samples
\n
• Assisting with slope stability assessments
\n
• Assisting with the preparation of technical reports
\n

Geotechnical Engineer - REQUIREMENTS

\n
• BSc in Geology or a related discipline, with an MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
\n
• Previous experience in undertaking ground investigations
\n
• Ability to interpret site investigation data to produce technical reports
\n
• Strong soil and rock logging skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence as site visits are required
