Interim Organisational & Workforce Development (OWD) Adviser

Location: Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 6 months initial contract with potential 6-month extension
Rate: £206 - £230 per day via umbrella

We are recruiting for an Interim OWD Adviser on behalf of one of our key public sector clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of organisation-wide learning, workforce development and change initiatives. You'll play a key role in delivering learning and development programmes, supporting managers and teams, helping implement a new Learning Management System (LMS), and contributing to workforce capability and engagement projects.

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of a new LMS
\n
• Coordinate and enhance corporate induction programmes
\n
• Deliver learning and development initiatives across the organisation
\n
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and engagement activities
\n
• Provide guidance and support to managers and colleagues
\n
• Analyse and report on learning and workforce development activity
\n
• Develop engaging and accessible learning resources
\n

\n
• Experience within Organisational Development and/or Learning & Development
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
\n
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
\n
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions
\n
• CIPD membership or equivalent is desirable
\n
