Property Manager

Centre Point Recruitment are representing a well-established national estate agency in their search for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Croydon on an initial 12 month contract with a view to transitioning into a permanent position.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties across Croydon and Sutton.

The Role

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties
\n
• Delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
\n
• Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved efficiently
\n
• Arranging and attending property inspections
\n
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation
\n

Requirements

\n
• Minimum 1 year's property management experience
\n
• Highly organised with strong administrative skills
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
\n

Salary & Benefits

\n
• £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
\n
• Expected commission of circa £5,000 per annum
\n
• OTE of up to £40,000
\n
• Ongoing support and training
\n

Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm (day in lieu or additional pay option)
