Investment Banking - EMEA Business Services - Vice PresidentThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. Our EMEA Business Services team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broad industrial sector. The team has a network of relationships with the most prominent business services companies and investors in the EMEA region across various subsectors including Professional Services, Testing/Inspection/Certification, Facility Services, Infra Services, Engineering, Distribution, Security, HR services and others.As a Vice President in the Investment Banking EMEA Business Services coverage team, you will play a vital accountable role in maintaining a strategic dialog with key clients and executing M&A and capital market transactions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing the execution function including working with analysts and associates as well as assisting more senior bankers. You will also have plenty of opportunities to partner with colleagues from other countries and product teams (M&A, ECM, DCM etc.).Job responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the origination and execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactionsOversee financial analysis, valuation, and modelling exercisesDevelop and present strategic advice to clients, including board-level executivesCoordinate with J.P. Morgan product teams and external advisers (accounting, legal, etc.)Drive marketing initiatives and support business development effortsMentor and develop junior team members, providing training and guidanceSupport recruiting activities for the teamEnsure high-quality client deliverables and maintain strong client relationshipsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills Significant experience in Investment Banking within the Business Services sectorBachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferredProven project management and leadership skillsStrong quantitative and analytical abilities, including advanced Excel modelling and valuation expertiseAbility to take initiative and ownership of tasksExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and defend recommendationsDeep interest in healthcare businesses and industry trendsForeign language skills are desirable but not requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills European language skills (on top of English)J.P.
