You'll work closely with public sector organisations, helping them navigate complex transformation challenges while driving growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts. What You'll Be DoingLeading the development and expansion of major public sector client accounts. Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive teams. Driving new business opportunities and expanding existing engagements. Providing oversight across large-scale consulting and transformation programmes. Managing commercial performance, delivery governance and profitability. Supporting account strategy development and long-term growth plans. Leading and mentoring high-performing consulting teams.
