This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of clean energy infrastructure, advising on high-profile projects and collaborating with leading experts across the UK.The RoleYou'll work directly with senior partners in Bristol and across the firm's national clean energy practice, supporting major developments and transactions in the sector. Responsibilities include:Advising on BESS supply agreements with global manufacturersDrafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and LTSAsHandling component warranties and related commercial documentationSupporting clean energy project developments, acquisitions, and disposalsCollaborating with colleagues in construction, real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and environmentContributing to strategic sector growth and mentoring junior team membersCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a senior lawyer with:At least 4 years PQE in construction, commercial, or projects work within the clean energy sectorExperience with transactional matters or infrastructure projects involving technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging, or district heatingStrong drafting and negotiation skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplinesCommercial awareness and strategic thinkingA genuine interest in sustainability and energy transitionWorking ArrangementsThis is a Bristol-based role with hybrid working options.
