We’re acting for a London-based firm, famous for their work assisting clients embroiled in administrative or regulatory processes with an international, political, or diplomatic context.Some of the highest profile work in this category involves representing individuals and entities who are the subject of asset freezing measures, or ‘targeted sanctions’, and the firm has advised many clients who have challenged such sanctions measures before a range of tribunals including the High Court in London, the General Court and the ECJ in Luxembourg as well as before the United Nations Office of the Ombudsperson in New York.The firm’s client base consists of high profile individuals, businesses, and sovereign states, and they have a reputation for robustly defending their clients’ positions in the media and the Courts.An opportunity has developed at the firm for an additional Litigation Partner.
