Job Description The Real Estate Litigation Partner will be:Advising landlords, developers, investors and major commercial clients on complex property disputesHandling high value and strategically significant real estate litigation mattersProviding expertise across landlord and tenant disputes, development disputes, telecommunications matters and Building Safety Act related issuesLeading client relationships and identifying opportunities for further growthDeveloping and executing business development strategies across the Leeds marketMentoring junior lawyers and senior associates within the teamWorking with colleagues across a national real estate disputes practiceDriving revenue growth and expanding the firm's market presence in YorkshireContributing to the strategic direction and continued success of the wider practiceMaintaining and enhancing an established network of contacts and referral sourcesThe Successful Applicant The Real Estate Litigation Partner should be:A solicitor with significant PQE gained within real estate litigationAn established partner.Experienced in handling complex commercial property disputesKnowledgeable across landlord and tenant matters, development disputes and wider real estate litigation issuesCommercially minded with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsExperienced in supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyersWell connected within the Yorkshire legal and property marketCapable of contributing to and delivering on strategic growth objectivesWhat's on OfferSalary ranging from 170,000 to 250,000 per annum.Generous partner benefits package.30 days of annual holiday leave.
