Planning Associate

Our client is looking to recruit a Planning associate to join the London Real Estate group.The Planning team is an integral part of a market-leading Real Estate practice, working on some of the most complex and innovative development projects in UK. These include offshore wind, major urban regeneration schemes, life sciences developments, prime office buildings and large residential-led projects.The team advises on all aspects of Planning law, including negotiations and appeals relating to planning and associated consents, the drafting and negotiation of planning and infrastructure agreements and the environmental implications of development proposals.This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality planning matters. Responsibilities will include:Negotiating s106 agreements for large, multi-use developmentsNegotiating a range of infrastructure and development-related agreementsAdvising on community infrastructure levy and heritage constraintsProviding strategic planning advice across a variety of development schemes, including infrastructure projectsSupporting the transactional real estate team, including undertaking due diligence and contributing to transactional documentation.This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex schemes within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, advising clients at the forefront of the Planning sector.Location: LondonRegion: London (Greater)Country: UKSalary: 150,000 to 180,000Specialisation: Environment/PlanningSector: Law firmRole Position: AssociateContract Type: PermanentHours: Full TimeExperience Level: Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years)PQE: 1-3 years, 4-6 yearsReference Number: LWK-PL-17965
