The overall objective of this role is to review Legal documentation for Structured Corporate Derivative trades to ensure Trade capture is accurate in FO risk systems. The role involves working very closely with the FO Trading desk and ensuring controls are in place to support complex structures and minimize bank risk through ensuring adherence to audit and control policies.
