Driver / Storeperson Location: Wolverhampton (Racecourse Road, Dunstall, WV6) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Service: Community Equipment Service Make a Difference Every Day We're looking for a reliable and motivated Driver / Storeperson to join our Community Equipment Service team in Wolverhampton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support local people by delivering, collecting, assembling and maintaining essential community equipment that helps individuals live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll be joining a dedicated team providing an important service to the local community. About the Role As a Driver / Store-person, you will: Deliver and collect community equipment from customer's homes. Assemble and fit equipment where required and provide guidance on its use. Prepare equipment for delivery and ensure vehicles are loaded safely. Clean, refurbish and safety-check returned equipment before returning it to stock. Receive and check incoming deliveries from suppliers. Complete stock checks and maintain accurate records. Help maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment. Carry out vehicle checks and drive in accordance with company policies and road safety requirements. Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve the service. What We're Looking For Essential Full, clean driving licence. Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or similar environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. A customer-focused approach and the ability to treat people with dignity and respect. A flexible and positive attitude towards teamwork. Willingness to complete a driver assessment if required. Desirable Forklift Truck Licence. Experience using a forklift truck. Health & Safety or Moving & Handling training.
