HR Business Partner

We are supporting a successful, fast-paced organisation with the confidential recruitment of an experienced HR Business Partner for an 18-month fixed-term contract.Working closely with senior leaders and managers, youll act as a trusted HR partner while helping deliver both strategic and operational people initiatives. This is a broad role offering exposure across employee relations, organisational development, talent, engagement and the wider employee lifecycle.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with managers and senior stakeholders on people strategyProviding guidance on complex ER, performance and employee mattersSupporting organisational design, workforce planning and talent initiativesDriving employee engagement, retention and developmentSupporting recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycleReviewing HR policies and ensuring employment law complianceUsing HR data and insights to support business decisionsContributing to wider culture and People & Culture projectsWere looking for an experienced HR professional with a CIPD qualification or equivalent, strong UK employment law knowledge and demonstrable experience of partnering with and influencing stakeholders.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business offering hybrid working with 23 days per week based in Christchurch.TPBN1_UKTJ
