Neurodevelopmental Service Lead£67,500 £72,416Are you an experienced clinician looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role?We are working with a clinician-led healthcare provider looking for a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead to oversee ASD and ADHD services across both adult and childrens pathways.This is a senior role with a strong focus on clinical quality, governance and service improvement , while still allowing time for complex clinical work.What youll be doing Provide clinical and operational leadership across ASD and ADHD services.Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.Oversee safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists and service performance.Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.Improve pathways, processes, clinical standards and audit activity.Work closely with senior clinical colleagues to deliver service improvements.What were looking for Youll need significant post-qualification experience within neurodevelopmental services, ASD, ADHD or mental health , alongside experience in a senior clinical or leadership position.You should have:Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience , or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist .Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary teams.A good understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk.Experience of service delivery and improving clinical pathways.Whats on offer? £67,500 £72,416 per yearNHS-aligned pensionCPD and study leaveHybrid workingNo on-callAutonomy to shape and improve servicesProtected time for clinical workAbout the service Youll be joining a clinician-led organisation delivering evidence-based community services through multidisciplinary teams.The organisation places a strong focus on patient safety, clinical standards, good governance and supporting clinicians to develop .If youre ready to take on a role where you can have a real say in how neurodevelopmental services are delivered, wed be keen to hear from you.Contact Chris at Leaders in Care on 07897 024978 for a confidential conversation and further information.
