Dispute Resolution Insolvency Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious lawyer to join a highly regarded, established London firm in its Insolvency practice. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of contentious insolvency and bankruptcy matters. The role would suit a solicitor who is keen to develop a specialist practice, take increasing ownership of matters and begin building their own professional network with a view to generating work in the future.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
\n
• Have 1–5 years’ PQE gained within a leading Dispute Resolution or Insolvency practice.
\n
• Acting for insolvency office holders in bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters
\n
• Antecedent transactions and void dispositions
\n
• Advising directors in the “twilight zone” and on defending claims brought by office holders
\n
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
\n
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
\n
