Experienced Accounts Administrator (Office Based)

We are looking for an experienced part- time Accounts Administrator to join our busy accounts office in Eakring, Notts.

\n

\n

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong accounting and administrative skills who can work accurately, efficiently, and independently.

\n

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Processing purchase and sales invoices using Sage 50 accounts software
  • \n
  • Bank reconciliations and credit control
  • \n
  • Assisting with supplier payments
  • \n
  • Assisting with payroll (training can be given)
  • \n
  • General office administration duties
  • \n

Skills/Experience – Essential

    \n
  • Previous experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role is essential
  • \n
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • \n
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
  • \n

Working Arrangements

\n

Our office is in a rural location, and own transport is essential as public transport links are limited. This is a part-time office-based position. Due to the nature of the role, working from home is not available.

\n

\n

Hours: 10 hours per week initially (with the possibility of more hours if desired) over 2 days. One of the working days must be a Wednesday.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
