Experienced Accounts Administrator (Office Based)
\nWe are looking for an experienced part- time Accounts Administrator to join our busy accounts office in Eakring, Notts.
\n\nThis is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with strong accounting and administrative skills who can work accurately, efficiently, and independently.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Processing purchase and sales invoices using Sage 50 accounts software \n
- Bank reconciliations and credit control \n
- Assisting with supplier payments \n
- Assisting with payroll (training can be given) \n
- General office administration duties \n
Skills/Experience – Essential
\n- \n
- Previous experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role is essential \n
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel \n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills \n
- Able to prioritise workload \n
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently \n
Working Arrangements
\nOur office is in a rural location, and own transport is essential as public transport links are limited. This is a part-time office-based position. Due to the nature of the role, working from home is not available.
\n\nHours: 10 hours per week initially (with the possibility of more hours if desired) over 2 days. One of the working days must be a Wednesday.
