The business are revenue-generating and have recently conducted a finance raise, so they are in a strong finance position. Following UK expansion, this is an important strategic hire with the aim of growing UK operations.Your new roleReporting to the CFO and UK MD, a dynamic professional from a SME and corporate background would be a good blend, this role is full ownership of finance processes, building the team as the company grows.Duties includeFull financial reporting responsibilityManagement of financial team and hiring to develop it.Working with external bodies and suppliers including tax advisors and auditors - R&D tax is important part of roleStrategic input with ops function and working closely with UK MDHighly dynamic growth environment What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be passionate about working in a scale up business who have really found their place and are now building working agreements with some large pharma.
