We are a leading international law firm with a pre-eminent funds practice seeking a talented Funds Associate to join our team in London.About the role:In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:Fund formation and structuringRegulatory adviceTax planningDue diligence on potential investmentsDrafting transaction documentsClient relationship managementYou will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice.
