North American Casualty Claims Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated North American Casualty Claims Specialist to join the London-based claims team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading Broker, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients with complex casualty claims across the United States and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of North American casualty claims, including general liability and excess/umbrella claimsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, insurers and legal representativesProvide expert guidance on claims strategy, coverage interpretation and reservingMonitor claims progress, ensuring timely updates and resolutionNegotiate settlements where appropriate and support dispute resolution processesAnalyse claims data to identify trends and provide risk management insights to clientsCollaborate with broking teams to deliver a seamless client serviceKey RequirementsProven experience handling North American casualty claims within a Broker or insurerStrong technical knowledge of US liability claims and litigation processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage complex claims with a proactive and solution-focused approachStrong organisational skills with attention to detailACII qualification (or working towards) is desirableIf you'd like to learn more, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation.Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
