.OverviewWe are looking for a European High Yield Credit Analyst to join ISP London branch Global Markets Trading Desk.What you’ll be doingSupport trading activity across European HY credit (primary & secondary)Generate and articulate trade ideas in non-cyclical sectors, cyclical sectors and special situationsBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and credit assessmentsWork with traders on relative value, capital structure, and event-driven opportunitiesEngage with buy- and sell-side counterparties to deepen market intelligence, and build the franchiseContribute to AI-driven analytics and optimisation initiativesWho we are looking forAt least 5 years’ experience as a PM/Analyst on a credit desk, Buy or Sell Side, with European HY focusStrong credit modelling and forecasting skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across the streetCommercial mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving trading environmentStrong academic backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex credit analysis, and recommendations, clearlyBeneficial:Programming or AI optimisation exposureEstablished network with HY Credit Investors and BanksExperience in stressed credit situationsCFA or equivalentAbout usWe are the leading banking group in Italy and one of the Top Tier in Europe.
