This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the strongest funds finance practices in the UK, advising financial institutions, alternative lenders, private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and investment managers on complex and innovative financing structures.The RoleYou will work across a broad range of funds finance transactions, including:Capital call facilitiesNAV facilitiesHybrid facilitiesGP/co invest facilitiesSMA facilitiesFinancing involving private equity, credit, debt, real estate and infrastructure fundsYou will advise both lenders and sponsors/borrowers, gaining exposure to a wide variety of structures and asset classes.
