Your new roleYou’ll work on projects covering solvency, economic capital, risk management, M&A, financial modelling, and regulatory change. The role involves managing multiple assignments, acting as a key client contact, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Within the role, you will deliver expert advice on risk and capital modelling, lead multiple projects, drive practice development through innovation and training, and mentor junior team members. What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified actuary (or by experience) with a strong experience in risk and capital modelling (development, implementation, validation). You'll have also gained knowledge of insurance risks, dependencies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II).Familiarity with capital modelling software (e.g., Igloo, ReMetrica, Tyche) is advantageous, along with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior stakeholders.Broader exposure to areas such as catastrophe risk, reserving, pricing, IFRS17, audit, or emerging risks (cyber, climate, ESG) is a plus.
