A leading project management consultancy is seeking a Director-level Head of Project Management to lead and grow its Data Centre offering.The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of major hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role combines project leadership, team management, client development and commercial responsibility.Key Responsibilities of a Director-Level Head of Project ManagementLead the Data Centre Project Management team and sector strategyOversee complex projects and programmes from feasibility through construction, commissioning and handoverAct as Project Director on major client commissionsBuild and develop a high-performing project management teamManage senior client relationships and key accountsLead bids, proposals and business development activityMaintain strong project governance, risk, programme and commercial controlsTake responsibility for team performance, utilisation, revenue and profitabilityRequired Experience for a Director-Level Head of Project ManagementDirector, Head of Project Management or equivalent experience within a construction or project management consultancyStrong track record delivering data centre or mission-critical projectsExperience across hyperscale, colocation or enterprise data centre environmentsProven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major programmesDemonstrable experience winning work and growing client accountsStrong commercial, financial and stakeholder-management skillsDegree-qualified in a relevant construction or engineering disciplineChartered status with APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent is preferredsectorUK Recruitment locationLondon typePermanentconsultantSade Kendall+44 7449 [email protected]
