Site Manager - Short-Term School Project Cover

Location: B43 7DH

Start date: Friday 14th August, with handover on site

Duration: 1-2 weeks, running to 28th August

Hours: 7:00am - 6:00pmHays are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide short-term holiday cover on a school project in Great Barr, Birmingham. This is a temporary assignment supporting ongoing subcontract works, with a handover available from the current Senior Site Manager on site.The role will involve managing site activity, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and keeping the project moving while the existing site team are away.

The Role

\n
• Providing site management cover on a live school project
\n
• Managing daily site operations and subcontractor activity
\n
• Overseeing borehole works for a TRT test
\n
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
\n
• Managing permits, RAMS and on-site coordination
\n
• Liaising with the existing site team following handover
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
\n
• Groundworks or drilling experience would be highly beneficial
\n
• Permit to dig experience
\n
• SMSTS
\n
• First Aid at Work
\n
