\nAre you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity this September?
\nTradewind Recruitment are currently working with a range of SEN schools, specialist provisions and mainstream schools with SEN settings across Kingston and Surrey, and we are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to join them.
\nYou could be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, complex needs, communication difficulties, learning difficulties and behavioural needs.
\nThe role:

- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis \n
- Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to support individual learning plans \n
- Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development \n
- Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment \n
- Assisting with personal care where required \n
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils \n
We're looking for:

- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN \n
- A patient, nurturing and resilient approach \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their potential \n
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential \n
