Role: Warehouse Operative\n
Location: Clevedon, North Somerset (own transport required)\n
AM Shift\n
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 14:15\n
Friday: 06:00 12:00\n
\nPay: £15.28 per hour\n
PM Shift\n
Monday toWednesday: 14:30to00:30\n
Thursday:14:30to00:00\n
Friday: Non-workingday\n
\nPay: £16.61 per hour\n
Overtime rates:£23.26 to £26.58 per hour\n
Bonus: £250 gift card after 4 month probation & £500 gift card after 12 month probation\n
Contract: Temporary ongoing\n
Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (accrued and pro rata)\n
Start Date: Immediate starts available\n

This is a key role at the start of the production process, working closely with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure materials are received, processed, and delivered efficiently to production.\n

- Work in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies \n
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) within your work area \n
- Work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Follow company procedures, policies, and Right from Me principles \n
- Support continuous improvement and personal development \n
- Maintain quality standards in all tasks completed \n
- Meet production targets and deadlines \n
- Report any errors, issues, or deviations from plan \n
- Communicate effectively with internal teams \n
Warehouse-Specific Duties\n
\n
- \n
- Pick materials from fixed locations using manual pick sheets \n
- Assemble and consolidate materials into production kits \n
- Process goods in and out using SAP system \n
- Book in deliveries and store stock in correct locations \n
- Deliver kits to the shop floor in a timely and organised manner \n
- Print labels, documents, and instructions as required \n
- Use hand tools and lifting equipment safely \n
- Provide support across similar roles when needed \n
