\nYou'll plan and deliver a highly personalised curriculum based around each pupil's individual needs and EHCP outcomes. You'll use sensory, practical and communication-based approaches to support engagement, independence and development, while working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families.\n
\n You'll also play an important role in creating a calm, safe and stimulating classroom where progress is recognised in all its forms.\n
