My client is a prestigious property law firm based in Woking, seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential property cases from instruction through to completion.
  • \n
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
  • \n
  • Prepare and review contracts, transfers, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents.
  • \n
  • Conduct searches, check legal titles, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • \n
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to clients on the buying and selling of property.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
  • \n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • \n
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
  • \n
  • Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • \n
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent.
  • \n
