A well-established London law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join its busy and highly regarded Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal with previous conveyancing experience to work alongside experienced fee earners on high-quality property transactions. The role offers excellent exposure to the full conveyancing process, ongoing training and strong long-term career progression.

The Real Estate Paralegal's Role\n

The successful Real Estate Paralegal will support fee earners with a varied caseload of property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
  • \n
  • Opening files and completing AML and compliance checks
  • \n
  • Preparing reports on title, searches and mortgages under supervision
  • \n
  • Raising and reviewing enquiries on title, contract packs and searches
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • \n
  • Supporting exchange, completion and post-completion matters
  • \n
  • Drafting completion statements, invoices and legal correspondence
  • \n
  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate files
  • \n
  • Providing administrative support throughout the conveyancing process
  • \n
The Real Estate Paralegal\n
    \n
  • Previous conveyancing paralegal experience within a law firm
  • \n
  • Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
  • \n
  • Experience raising enquiries and reviewing title documents
  • \n
  • Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification preferred
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • \n
  • Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines
