Our Top 200 client is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2–5 years PQE+) to join their highly regarded and supportive team, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law work. • Provide practical, day-to-day advice to clients on a broad range of HR and employment law matters.
\n
• Draft and review employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff handbooks.
\n
• Advise on and manage Settlement Agreements, redundancy processes, and Employment Tribunal claims.
\n
• Support corporate transactions by delivering employment law input, including TUPE advice and due diligence.
\n
• Handle a diverse caseload with exposure to both claimant and respondent employment matters.
\n
• Undertake advocacy in court, chambers, and tribunal settings where appropriate.
\n
• Contribute to business development initiatives, client training sessions, and marketing activities.
\n
• Build strong client relationships and develop new contacts for the team and firm.
\n

Experience Required for this Employment Solicitor vacancy:\n

\n
• 2–5 years PQE+ with solid experience advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issues.
\n
• Experience drafting employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.
\n
• Proven experience handling Settlement Agreements, redundancy matters, and Employment Tribunal claims.
\n
• Experience supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including TUPE and due diligence.
\n
• Exposure to both claimant and respondent employment work.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills
