We're Hiring – Electrical Tutor | Liverpool

Are you an experienced electrician looking for a new challenge away from the tools?

We're looking for an Electrical Tutor to join our growing training team. No previous teaching experience is required – if you have industry experience and a passion for sharing your knowledge, we'll provide all the training and support you need to become a great tutor.

HybridTec is a nationwide training provider with training centres across the North West and other locations throughout the UK. We deliver high-quality training in construction, utilities and renewable energy through apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, commercial courses, and accredited qualifications.

Working in partnership with leading employers and several awarding bodies, HybridTec develops employer-led training programmes that equip learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and industry-recognised qualifications needed to succeed. We work closely with national employers to create strong work experience pathways and support direct progression into sustainable employment.

Our modern training centres feature purpose-built classrooms, workshops and practical training facilities, providing learners with a hands-on learning experience delivered by experienced industry professionals committed to developing the next generation of the workforce.

In this role, you'll deliver training to a mixture of:

• Level 3 Electrical Installtion Apprentices

• Experienced electricians looking to upskill through our Bootcamp programmes
\n

What we're looking for:

'14; Industry experience as an electrician (essential)

'14; Level 3 Electrical Installation NVQ qualification

'14; A passion for developing the next generation of electricians

'14; Great communication and people skills
