Job Description
PE Global is currently recruiting for RWE Project Manager (Clinical Trial Project Manager experience also considered for the role) for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Bracknell.
\nThis is an initial 12 months contract based in Bracknell working 36.25 hours per week.
\nThe role will need someone to be in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week and the rest remote.
\nThe pay rate is between £27.59 and £36.78 per hour PAYE.
\nDuties of the role/Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Managing HEOR or RWE projects across the full lifecycle; candidates with strong project management experience in clinical trials or other research settings will also be considered \n
- Experience in adjacent domains (e.g., clinical trial management, clinical operations, or study delivery) is advantageous but not essential, particularly where candidates demonstrate strong transferable project management capabilities \n
- Managing third-party organizations (TPOs/CROs) including vendor onboarding, contracting, and invoicing \n
- Stakeholder management \n
- Ability to translate project management practices across different research contexts (e.g., clinical trials, HEOR, RWE) \n
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to HEOR/RWE research (e.g., SEQS PRD, data privacy). \n
Education/Experience
\n- \n
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or clinical research environments \n
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification \n
- Experience working within a matrixed pharmaceutical organization \n
- Background in supporting both strategy and operations \n
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI and automation tools applied to project management workflows (e.g., AI-assisted scheduling, automated status reporting, predictive analytics for risk identification) \n
- (Preferred) Experience leveraging AI/ML platforms or tools to improve efficiency in HEOR research operations (e.g., automated literature screening, NLP-based data extraction, generative AI for report drafting) \n
- Strong stakeholder management — ability to collaborate across scientists, cross-functional business partners, BU leaders, third-party managers, and procurement \n
