Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month freelance contract on a recladding project in Stevenage. The project involves the removal of an existing solid brickwork façade and replacement with a new brickwork façade to match the existing. Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors. * Oversee safe removal and replacement of the brickwork façade. * Manage scaffolding, temporary works, logistics and sequencing. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. * Maintain high standards of brickwork quality and QA. * Review RAMS and manage site H&S requirements. * Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries. * Monitor programme and report progress. * Manage snagging through to completion. Requirements: * Proven Site Manager experience on recladding, façade or brickwork projects. * Strong knowledge of brickwork and external envelope works. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. * Good understanding of temporary works and scaffolding. * Strong communication, organisation and subcontractor management skills. 12-month freelance opportunity with an immediate requirement for a strong, hands-on Site Manager with relevant façade and brickwork experience
