Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician Wanted !Permanent - Night shift.Hams Hall, Coleshill, Birmingham, B46We are seeking an experienced and qualified Maintenance Technician to join our Clients night team at the Birmingham Depot. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing our mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Your responsibilities will encompass Planned Preventative Maintenance, swift resolution of system breakdowns, defect repairs, and the overall upkeep and optimisationof our depot facilities and automation systems.This is a permanentposition via Rapier Employment.Shift Details:Salary: £48,000-£50,000 (depending on experience)Two different shift patterns available:Option 1: Monday-Thursday22:00-06:00 then 19:00-03:00 on a FridayOption 2: Monday-Thursday 20:00-06:00Job ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of volume picking machinery through scheduled maintenance.Engage and manage external contractors.Immediate response to any breakdowns with the production equipment in accordance with the production hours.Assisting and manage the delivery of Supply Chain technical projects.In this role you will be required to stand and walk for most of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.Key skills, knowledge, and experienceMinimum recognised Level 3 electrical and mechanical qualification.Minimum 3 years Experience working within a maintenance department.Experience working with automated conveyor systems.Experience fault finding within a an electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.Desirable qualifications: IOSH or NEBOSH.Desirable knowledge: Management of a technical team.Live Local to Coleshill or have own vehicle.Our benefits22 days (pro rata) paid annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of serviceMedicash- a health cash program to assist with day-to-day health carecosts, such as eye-careor prescriptionsiTrent Financial Well-being- a financial well-beingapplication which allows for flexible control of your financesAccess to High Street discountsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeContributory Pension SchemeAccredited Training Programmes available (Education paid for by the company via the Apprenticeship Scheme)How To Apply:If you meet all of the requirements, Do not hesitate and click " Apply Now " below and submit your up-to-date CV.
