Production Operative

Imperial Personnel are currently recruiting for full-time Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Gainsborough, who are going through a strong period of growth.Our client is a well-established and respected supplier of egg products. You'll be working on-site at their modern facility, focused on egg packaging and distribution.The Role As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation, working on a production line and supporting with egg sorting and egg mayonnaise production. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment.Duties include:Placing and removing boxes from machineryStacking boxes and pallet wrappingWorking on fast production linesPackaging products to required standardsMaking food productsCleaning equipment and work areasChecking products for quality and reporting any issuesPay: £12.86 per hourBenefits:Free parkingOn-site parkingOpportunity for a permanent role after 12 weeksRequirements:Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to GainsboroughPrevious factory or production experience is helpful but not essentialA good work ethic and willingness to learnInterested?
