Due to an increase in work load, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with experience of new build care home projects.Coming from a strong and consistent Construction background and coupled with experience of Care Homes, managing Site Teams as well as possessing strong client facing skills, you will be responsible for overseeing no more than 2 jobs at any one time, overseeing Site Management teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to budget.The company behind the vacancy is an Oxfordshire based, privately owned Main Contractor that focuses entirely on the care Home sector, on JCT jobs up to £10M, with an 85% repeat business ratio and a well deserved reputation for treating it's employees extremely well.TPBN1_UKTJ
