Consultant, Global Retirement & Financial WellbeingLocation: Epsom, Surrey (Hybrid)Employment Type: PermanentSalary: £65,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe're supporting a global engineering and professional services organisation looking for a Consultant, Global Retirement & Financial Wellbeing to support the governance and delivery of its UK and European retirement programmes, employee share plans and financial wellbeing initiatives.The role has direct responsibility for the UK defined benefit (DB) pension arrangements, working closely with trustees, advisers, administrators and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the key contact for UK DB pension plans, trustees and advisersOversee day-to-day pension operations, adviser delivery and projectsAttend trustee meetings and support governance activitiesCoordinate member communications and employee pension queriesMaintain governance records, trackers and reportingSupport year-end accounting, board assurance and governance requirementsWork with Payroll, Finance, Treasury, Legal and Rewards teamsSupport global retirement, share plan and financial wellbeing initiativesAssist with M&A pension due diligence and integration activitiesRequired ExperienceExperience working with UK trust-based pension schemesBackground in pension operations, governance, secretarial or trustee mattersExposure to defined benefit (DB) pensionsStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage projects and work independentlyNice to HaveExperience with pension risk transfer or scheme wind-up projectsMultinational/global organisation experienceHR committee reporting and risk managementGlobal pensions accounting coordinationM&A pension due diligence and integrationYou'll have the opportunity to take ownership of UK DB pension arrangements while gaining broader exposure to global retirement, employee share ownership and financial wellbeing programmes within a large international organisation.If you have a strong background in UK DB pensions and are looking for a role with genuine ownership and wider global exposure, I'd be happy to discuss the opportunity with you.TPBN1_UKTJ
