HR Advisor

We are working confidentially with an established and growing organisation in Christchurch who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.This is a varied, hands-on HR role supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Youll provide advice on employee relations, performance and absence management, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR systems and data, and contribute to wider people projects, policies and initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Managing and advising on ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances and performanceSupporting managers with absence and performance managementRecruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle supportHR policy, employment law and complianceMaintaining HR systems, reporting and employee dataSupporting payroll, benefits, training and wider People projectsWere looking for someone with previous HR/People experience, a good understanding of UK employment law and the confidence to build strong relationships with managers across the business. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent would be advantageous but isnt essential.The role offers hybrid working with 23 days per week in Christchurch, alongside occasional travel to other UK locations.TPBN1_UKTJ
