\n Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded Thames Valley firm?
\n This is an opportunity to join a well established and highly respected corporate practice, recognised in the Legal 500 for its work across the Thames Valley, with particular strength in M&A, sales and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, restructurings and corporate governance.
\n The team acts for an impressive client base ranging from owner managed businesses and entrepreneurial companies through to private equity and venture capital investors and multinational corporates, giving you exposure to genuinely varied and high quality corporate work.
The Role
\n Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including:
\n • Mergers and acquisitions
\n • Company restructures and reorganisations
\n • Shareholder agreements
\n • Joint ventures
\n • Corporate governance
\n • Share and asset sales and purchases
\n • Private equity and investment transactions
\n • General company law advice
\n You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, developing your technical expertise and building strong, long term client relationships.
\n The team has continued to grow its corporate offering, with recent senior appointments and investment reflecting the increasing volume and quality of work coming through the practice.
