Personal Tax Senior

\n An established and highly regarded independent tax practice is looking to appoint a Personal Tax Senior to join its growing team. Working closely with experienced tax professionals and a loyal portfolio of clients, you'll become part of a specialist firm that places client service, technical quality and professional development at the heart of everything it does.

Your new role
\n You will manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns while building strong relationships with individuals, business owners and high-net-worth clients. The role will involve handling a broad range of private client compliance work, liaising directly with clients and HMRC, and supporting the delivery of an efficient and proactive service throughout the compliance cycle.

\n Alongside day-to-day compliance responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on wider tax matters, assisting with planning projects and developing your technical knowledge within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll need to succeed
\n You will have previous experience working within personal tax, either in a dedicated tax role or a mixed accounts and tax position, and be comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships. Candidates studying towards, qualified or qualified by experience will all be considered.

\n Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in delivering first-class client service will be key to your success in this role.
