• Managing diaries, appointments and key deadlines

• Opening and closing files in accordance with regulatory procedures

• Maintaining accurate case management records
\n
• Supporting solicitors with administrative and legal tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar legal support role
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
\n
• High attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
\n
• Strong IT skills, including experience using case management systems
\n
• Law degree, LPC, SQE studies or equivalent legal qualification desirable but not essential
