Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) HullI’m recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering training provider looking for an experienced Lead IQA to oversee quality assurance across its apprenticeship and technical training provision.The role will involve:\n

\n
• Leading internal quality assurance across Engineering programmes
\n
• Supporting and developing IQAs, Assessors and Trainers
\n
• Planning and completing sampling activity
\n
• Leading standardisation
\n
• Ensuring assessment decisions are consistent and compliant
\n
• Supporting external quality assurance visits
\n
• Driving continuous improvement across training and assessment
\n

You’ll need:\n

\n
• Level 4 IQA qualification or equivalent
\n
• Recognised teaching qualification
\n
• Level 3 Engineering trade qualification
\n
• Significant IQA experience within a training provider
\n
• Strong knowledge of awarding organisation requirements
\n
• Experience leading standardisation and quality improvement
\n
