Location: Office BasedSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Family Paralegal to join our growing Family Law team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied caseload covering both Private and Public Family Law matters while developing your career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting solicitors with Private and Public Family Law matters.
\n
• Drafting legal documents, applications, witness statements, and correspondence.
\n
• Preparing court bundles and hearing documents.
\n
• Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, CAFCASS, and local authorities.
\n
• Managing case files, deadlines, and client updates.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience as a Family Paralegal.
\n
• Experience in Private and/or Public Family Law.
\n
• Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
\n
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
\n
