Client Manager - Specialist Motor Trade

Hybrid working - Office in Church Crookham, Hampshire

An established insurance broker is seeking an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of a valuable specialist motor trade portfolio covering classic, collectible and high-performance vehicles.

You will manage approximately 140 - 150 clients, with an average premium spend of around £10,000 GWP and larger accounts worth up to £50,000 GWP. This is a predominantly desk-based role with occasional annual or site visits to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client lifecycle, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day enquiries
\n
• Review and, where appropriate, remarket policies
\n
• Produce accurate documentation and client reports within regulatory timescales
\n
• Protect retention and contribute to income targets
\n
• Work closely with colleagues across the Motor Trade team
\n

About you

\n
• Broking experience across combined motor trade insurance
\n
• Strong technical, communication and relationship-management skills
\n
• The ability to commute to Church Crookham on a hybrid basis
\n
